    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    We only use photos of products that we carry directly. Some issues may occur with shipping and handling that may change the product from its original intention. If this occurs, please contact us at [email protected] and we will handle the issue with you directly.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    You will receive an email to the address provided that will include your receipt. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it in your main inbox. There will also be a copy of your receipt emailed to you once we ship your product out to you.

    How can I return an item?

    If the product meets all the requirements for return (see Policy Page for Returns to determine if your product is able to be returned. If there are any further questions, please contact [email protected]

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Typically, we will restock a given product on our site that claims "out of stock" within 2-3 weeks. This may vary with availability and shipping from supplier. Sometimes, unknown to Upbeat Buys, we are unable to restock a product, and will then pull the item from listing.
    If you do not see an item that you used to see listed, please inquire at [email protected] with a brief description of the product you request, and we'll see if we can get it BACK on the shelves for you. The voice of the public will be heard!!!!

    Where can I ship my order?

    We ship anywhere in the United States, unless specified by a party like USPS (United States Postal Service) that they cannot ship to this location.
